This is Phyllis, Song and Jesse, founders of MY PLATFORM.
Here's a little something about us, who we are, how we work and what drives us.


Our story began in Canada when we met at a social event, we started talking and got to know each other a bit better. What started as a casual conversation soon turned into a discussion about the healthcare industry and the medical ecosystem in Canada and how they were different from the system in Hong Kong. It did not take long for us to realise that we all saw the great potential in the market and we shared the same vision – that is, to revolutionise the medical ecosystem and to strive for an integrated and seamless experience for everyone involved in the process.

That's when we three decided to partnered up With Phyllis' knowhow of the operation of the local medical ecosystem especially regarding insurance companies and healthcare groups, Song's years of experience and technicality in medical software development, and Jesse's in-depth knowledge of IT execution and implementation in the healthcare sector, we set out to create something that would make a difference to change the status quo. The brainchild is the MY PLATFORM portal — a gateway to an open cloud platform with payment solutions for the medical practitioners and clinics.

We chose to launch My Platform in Hong Kong as we saw ample opportunities that the Hong Kong healthcare sector offers and how our project can improve the local medical system. My Platform offers solutions to common operational problems seen in the industry from asymmetric flow of information, inefficient operation model to heavy reliance on manual data processing. By bringing in an interruptive technological revolution to the industry, My Platform is here to work with all stakeholders to make a change for the better.

Log-on for convenient access to our list of doctors, and just "click" to make an appointment with your nearest provider or choose from our category of specialists. We offer paperless claims submission, which allows you to conveniently view previous claims history/transactions and monitor the progress of your claims, all hassle-free!

Doctor

We are focused on providing our partners with top-notch features, using state-of-the-art information technology. With a streamlined clinic management process, we offer real-time electronic data interchange covering submissions, settlements, and other contract medicine administration needs. You will have direct interaction with insurance companies, and instant access to a database of patient records.

Employer

With our comprehensive platform, we take care of all your employees' needs, and provide you with real-time access to members' claim information. You are just one-click away from accessing the employee benefit records of the whole company. From enrolment to initial claims, reimbursements and reporting etc., we've got you covered every step of the way!
